The Archives at Kingswood collects and preserves records relating to the School and makes them available for research. As well as the official records of Kingswood School, and some from Trinity Hall, Woodhouse Grove, Prior’s Court and the Kingswood Association, all aspects of School life are represented and the records take many forms: letters, registers, magazines, minutes, photographs, prints, drawings, programmes, registration forms, etc. There are also various artefacts - including clothing, trophies and drama props - and an increasing number of electronic records. Archive exhibitions are mounted in display cases on the first floor of the Posnett Hub and chart the history of Kingswood School from its origins in Bristol in 1748 to the present day.
